Did you know you might be holding onto those pounds because of past trauma or your current relationship with food? Releasing weight isn’t only about calories in, and calories out, what macros you are eating, or how much you are moving your body. Together we dive in to find the right foods for your body and heal areas that are keeping you inflamed!  Making releasing the weight easier and without extra thinking involved. We go through the TEMPORARY restrictive process to find those hidden foods that your body is rejecting, to create the power to choose what fuels you! I had one client go from no dairy because of stomach upset to realizing that superfood, papaya she was taking every day was creating so much inflammation her body couldn’t process dairy. It’s pretty crazy!

Together we will dive into your current story about your life and food. Are you a victim or a warrior? We create the right path for your journey. This is not a one-size fits all approach. We will go through some of the basics and then begin to transform your mind and body so it aligns with this new vision you have for your unstoppable life.  With support, you will be sure to stay accountable, make any needed shifts in your blueprint, and be supported by an amazing community for a lifetime.

What makes me an Expert

First and foremost, I am Inflammation based Chronic Illness warrior. I got my first diagnosis when I was around 12 years old. I have been through all the Western and Alternative Medicine treatments and finally stepped into what works the best for overall healing. With diet and lifestyle changes I have ditched the prescriptions and replaced them with real emotions, feelings, and allowed myself to start living life. 

We aren’t meant to just SURVIVE our life!

I also am a certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, Certified Hatha Yoga Teach, Reiki Level II Practitioner, EFT Tapping Practitioner, and have a Masters in Business Management and marketing. This blend of education and life experience makes me uniquely qualified to help you unlock the magic of being you and living your BEST LIFE.

Support through TESTING

This is the hardest part of the program, but it is only temporary and you have my full support. YOU GOT THIS! These 21 days is the only time you will ever hear me say a “diet” is appropriate as we need a clean slate to do some testing. Knowing your food sensitives and intolleneces is POWERFUL. And you get killer recipes that are easy to make this a breeze. 

Reach Your Goals

Go from feeling bloated, run-down, overwhelmed, and hating the way your body looks, to vibrant and alive.  You will go from confused about what your body needs for fuel to empowered and intuitive. No more spending hours thinking about food, what you can and can’t eat or in the shame of eating the wrong things. No more DIETS!

We look at your current beliefs about food and dieting and trace it back to where you learned this belief.

You make peace with food, your body, and love yourself as you currently are.

We go through an “elimination protocol” when you are ready and have a good relationship with food. This will allow us to find hidden food sensitives. You get massive amounts of support during this time as it can be a struggle to keep off the “dieting” mentality. This temporary protocol is important if you feel some foods aren’t serving you. This can also be adjusted if you are not ready for this process. Alternatives will be provided. 

We gather everything we learned from the first two parts of the program, relationships, and intolerances and we build a solid foundation. This allows you to never have to diet again as you are set up to make empowered, intuitive food choices. No more wasting hours thinking about food, thinking about counting points,  or beating yourself up for eating that ‘bad’ food. Just enjoying food again and living your best life.
